Final arrangements for the Nativity.

Tuesday 11^th December – Dress rehearsal

We will spend the morning rehearsing in church and then return back to church in the afternoon for our dress rehearsal in front of KS2.   We really need helpers to walk to and from the church.  If you are available at all for the following times, please let your class teacher know.

9:15am – 11:15am

12:45pm – 2:45pm

Wednesday 12^th December – Evening performance.

Please bring your child to the church for 5:45pm at the earliest, ready for a 6pm start.  All children will need to be ready in their nativity costumes.

***Please remember that we will need all costumes in school on Thursday 13^th December for the next show.***

Thursday 13^th December – Afternoon performance.

The afternoon performance will begin at 13:30pm at St Saviours Church. If you are able to walk with us from the school to the church (leaving school at 12:45), please let your class teacher know.

Collection arrangements for both Wednesday and Thursday are as follows:

After the shows you are more than welcome to take your child straight home from the church. Please remain seated after the performance and we will take all children to gather their belongings.  Please then collect them from the church hall main outside door. Class teachers will have a register so please ensure you make yourself known upon collection. Our priority is to return your children to you as safely and quickly as possible, however these things do take time and we appreciate your cooperation and patience. Any children not collected directly from the church on Thursday will be taken back to school with staff for collection from there as normal.

Please keep the front two rows on both sides of the main aisle clear as these will need to be reserved for staff who are supporting the children throughout the performance.
