This week in English we have been looking at a range of poetry. We have talked about what we see when we hear the poems as well as our favourite moments. 

In maths we have been looking at addition. We have tried to use our number bonds to help us when we are adding two numbers. To help at home, please go through the number bonds to 10 and 20 as much as possible so that the children know them instantly.

Please read at home with your child as often as you can. Make sure that you ask them questions about everything that has been read and ask them to tell you what they have just read about.
