This week in year two we have been focussing on multiplication and division.  We have been using different strategies for working out the answers to questions as well as exploring the relationship between multiplication and division.  

In English we have planned a new adventure for Tom the explorer. We have planned carefully to ensure we are including different parts of the new story and have also drawn and coloured our new setting for the adventure.  This is really helping us to include a great level of detail in our work.

In science we have been thinking about which materials will be best suited to build a small moving toy car for an explorer. The class have had some great ideas and we are looking forward to creating these in the coming weeks.
