We were lucky enough this week to have a visitor, who brought in several birds of prey, including a lovely barn owl which the children were able to stroke.  It was exciting to see the different birds, especially when they were spreading their wings and trying to fly away.  The children asked some brilliant questions and we learnt a lot about the different birds. 

In maths we are continuing to look at time.  The children are confident with telling the time to the hour and have been challenging each other throughout our lessons.  Next week, we are going to begin to explore half past and grow in confidence. 

Could you please check any uniform at home as we have had some jumpers and tshirts go missing recently?  Thank you for your help.
