Where did this week go!? We have had a great week. Some highlights included cricket on the field, comparing properties of materials in science and drawing in art. It has also been great to see of the children’s fantastic acting skills during our RE day today.

In English this week we have continued looking at ‘The Lighthouse Keepers Lunch’. We have reminded ourselves about the use of adverbs and different suffixes, using the text to spot them and then applying them to our own writing.

In maths we have been looking at money. We have used resources to help us to add amounts, find the difference by using subtraction and giving change. We will continue this learning at the beginning of next week.

We loved joining the rest of the school outside again this week for our whole school worship. It is great to see all the other year groups.

There was a bit of an issue with Spelling Shed this week. Thankfully it looks like this is now resolved. Mathletics and spellings have both been set.
