We Enjoy and Excel in the Presence of God

Year R

Friday Blog - Friday 15th October

Good afternoon everyone.

In Badger Class this week we have begun to think about Autumn. We have made the most of the sunny weather and got outside as much as we can. The children enjoyed a walk on the field to collect some leaves and other signs of autumn. They visited the pigs too, which was very exciting for them all.  Some of them even gave them a stroke!

We have been joined this week by Miss Doulton, a childcare student from Brockenhurst College. The children have enjoyed getting to know her and taking part in some fun activities with her. Today they used the autumn leaves to make some fantastic hedgehogs.

We have been singing a lot this week. The children particularly enjoy our Friday morning singing worship. Mr Wilcox was very impressed by how many of the children are singing the words to our songs.  Our favourite is My Lighthouse - I hope they are singing it at home!

Have a great weekend,
