It has been another jammed packed week in Penguins!

Highlights of the week include drawing what life would have been like in the past with chalk on the playground and Pia (our visiting artist) working with us to create different types of leaf art.

We have also researched and written our own bird reports (which were fantastic!) as well as practising our number bonds to 10, 20 and 100.

Practice for sports day is under way too with the children showing brilliant teamship skills especially in the 3 legged races and we are continuing to monitor our plants in science – the very first shoots are starting to appear!

A big, big thank you to everyone who has sent in boxes this week – Penguins are very excited to make their explorer vehicles next week! If you find any empty boxes over the weekend please could you send them into school on Monday or Tuesday ? Thank you!

Penguins, well done for another super weeks work, have a restful weekend and I will see you on Monday!
