What a fantastic start we've had in Badgers Class! It has been such a joy welcoming all the children to their very first week at school, and what an incredible week it's been.

The children have settled in beautifully. I am so impressed by how quickly they’ve adapted to their new routines and how eager they are to explore everything Badgers Class has to offer.

This week, the children have had a wonderful time getting to know the classroom and all the different areas. From role-playing in the home corner, to getting creative with painting and crafting, and having messy fun in the mud kitchen, the children have really enjoyed exploring all the areas of the classroom.

We also had our first arts and crafts session with Mr Smith, where the children made their very own badgers. They were fantastic, and we’re already seeing such creativity and imagination shining through.

Another exciting moment was attending our very first singing worship. The children joined in beautifully and have also enjoyed learning new songs in class, accompanied by the guitar. It has been a lovely way to bring everyone together and build confidence.

We’re so proud of how the children are already showing kindness, curiosity, and a real enthusiasm for learning. It’s going to be a brilliant year ahead.

A quick note: Our first PE session will take place on Friday 19th September. Please ensure your child has their PE kit in school by then.
