What a fantastic start we’ve had in Badgers Class!

It has been such a joy welcoming all the children to their very first week at school. The children have settled in beautifully, and I have been really impressed by how quickly they have adapted to their new routines and how eager they are to explore everything Badgers Class has to offer.

This week, the children have had a wonderful time getting to know the classroom and exploring all the different areas. From role-playing in the home corner, getting creative in the arts and crafts area, to having messy fun in the mud kitchen and so much more, the children have really enjoyed discovering everything our classroom has to offer.

We are so proud of how the children are already showing kindness, curiosity and a real enthusiasm for learning. It’s going to be a brilliant year ahead!

Tapestry will be up and running next week. I’ll be posting weekly pictures of the children and sharing some of the wonderful things they have been getting up to during the week.

We will be starting PE during the week commencing 21st September. PE will take place once a week. We have been given two possible PE slots to allow for flexibility, so PE will either be on a Monday or Friday.

If PE kits could stay in school for most of the week, that would be fantastic. I will send them home with the children when they need washing.
