Good afternoon!

We have had another fun and busy week in Year 1 this week!

On Thursday the children and staff enjoyed a fantastic trip to Marwell Zoo where they got to see lots of fascinating animals. They were also very lucky with the weather! 

In Maths we have been looking at how to count by making groups of ten and how to make groups of tens and ones.

In English we have been planning and writing stories based on the story 'Whatever Next'.

Today we had a busy and constructive day making free-standing structures out of different recycled materials.
