Good afternoon everyone,

I know that the children have only been back at school for 2 days, but I have been so impressed by them already. They have come back to school eager to learn and with such respectful attitudes! It has been a pleasure to have them all – long may it last. They even managed to wow Mr Littlewood in our first worship of the year, by sitting beautifully and carefully answering all his questions. Well done Year 3!

I have managed to hear all the children read already, so books and reading diaries have come home today. Please make sure they are in school every day. In the front of their reading diaries, the children have their log-in details for edshed and TTrock stars, although I haven’t set any homework this week. I will usually set homework on Fridays and the children have a week to complete it.

I know that most PE kits are in school already, but any outstanding, please ensure they are in school on Monday as we will have PE then.

Please say a big well done to your children for a fantastic start to Year 3.
