Good afternoon everyone,

What a whizzy week this has been! (I do love a bank holiday!)

We are really enjoying our History unit on The Victorians. The children are fascinated and are learning so much. We are looking forward to our trip to Beaulieu too. If there are any slips or payments outstanding, please send them in asap.

The children have been creating slide shows this afternoon and they have absolutely loved it. We have been using Google Slides, which is very similar to PowerPoint. They chose an animal and then were creative with their ideas – adding titles, pictures and text to their slides. They were very proud of their finished slide shows. I know that some of the children might be asking to have another go at home!

I know some of the children are looking forward to the triathlon event on Sunday. I hope it all goes well and look forward to hearing all about it on Monday.
