Good afternoon everyone,

Just to state the obvious – this has been a very HOT week! We have learnt how to make fans, how to fix fans and how to fan our teacher when she is overheating!

In between that, the children have started a great new book – The Wilderness by Steve McCarthy. This has been the inspiration for our wild walk next Wednesday morning. The letter did come out to you yesterday. If you want to order a school lunch, please make sure we have the slip back on Monday.

I’m sorry that we had to postpone our afternoon tea – I can’t imagine how hot it would have been with any extra people in here! So, on Tuesday, we will be making scones in the morning, ready to welcome you all in at 2:15pm. Please sign in at the office and then make your way down to us.

A busy week ahead of us, so please all have a relaxing weekend. Hopefully we’ll find it a little easier to sleep!
