We have had a lovely week! It has been wonderful to have such beautiful weather! We enjoyed a fun PE session on the field with some students from Brockenhurst College. The class really embraced all of the games and the college students were very impressed with their listening skills and enthusiasm!

In maths this week we have been continuing our fractions learning. We have looked at mixed number and improper fractions and worked on converting between the two. This can be a challenging area of learning and I have been really pleased to see such resilience and hard work from Year 4. 

In English we have written some very exciting recounts about our time at Hooke Court. The class thought carefully about what was needed in order to write a successful recount and then we published them using handwriting pens. Their work looks excellent on our class display!
