Hi all,

Today the children were fortunate to have a second tennis coaching session with Coach Andy from Sway Tennis. All the children thoroughly enjoyed learning new skills.

In Maths, we have been learning about factor pairs. Please ensure your child is practising their times tables regularly as this will greatly help them with their maths. Each child has their TTRS login in the front of their Reading Record.

In English, we have been reading the book, ‘The Polar Express’ and have been focusing on using speech punctuation. Today, the children have planned their own ending to ‘The Polar Express’. I look forward to seeing what endings they produce next week!   

Over the last few weeks, in Computing we have been looking at podcasts and this week the children have recorded their own. In DT (Design & Technology) we looked at food hygiene and then each child designed their own pizza, ready to make next week!
