What a busy final week of this half term. The highlight has to be the annual Brockenhurst Dance Off. The children all did a fantastic job working together with their house colour and confidently performed their dance.

In English, we have been practising punctuating speech correctly. There are lots of components to remember when using speech within a story. The children have then written their own ending to the ‘Flood’, including using speech and expanded noun phrases within their writing.

In Maths, we have been learning about polygons and finding the perimeter of both regular and irregular polygons.

In Art, the children have made a butterfly sculpture and then painted the detail on this afternoon.
