Dear parents and carers,

This week has been exciting for a number of reasons:

On Thursday morning we celebrated InterFaith week by rotating in mixed-age groups to 3 different classrooms and 3 different activities linked to the world religion of Sihkism. Those who visited Year 5 were treated to a Sihk Dance class led by Mrs.Erdbeer.

On Thursday morning the children were delighted to see some significant snowfall in Brockenhurst- the first we’ve had for about 7 years. It was noticeable just how beautiful the forest was.

On Thursday evening we held the parent workshops. For those of you unable to attend, we have attached all the relevant documents.

In maths this week we have been working on cube numbers and multiplying by 10, 100 and 1,000.

In English the children were learning about semicolons and then using them in their writing.
