Dear parents & carers,

What a fabulous Schools Activity Day we had at The New Forest Showground on Tuesday! 

Each day is a learning day, and we certainly learnt lots from the highly knowledgeable adults who led the activities.The trip links beautifully to our 'National Parks of the UK' geography topic, and gives the children a first-hand understanding of the importance of 'cultural heritage'.

The children took part in a rota of activities during the day and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. As expected, Y5 asked excellent questions, were polite and well-behaved. It was a pleasure to be with them.

Our rehearsals for 'Oliver With A Twist' continue. This week we have started to learn our dance.

We are also well on our way with our D& T CAMS topic, which the children are very excited about.

Please support us at the Summer Fête tomorrow. Y5 are running 3 stalls.
