Good afternoon,

We are nearly at the Easter holidays! The children have all been working really hard so they deserve a well-earned break. Please do encourage your child to keep up with some reading and possibly a bit of SATs practice over the holidays, but it is also really important that they have a good rest and enjoy some free time. I have set some extra tasks on Ed Shed that are SATs-related, which are optional to help with preparation.

Tomorrow we have the whole school walk. Please ensure your child is wearing either leggings or jogging bottoms which cover their legs, so that they are not at risk of getting ticks. They should wear their school jumper/cardigan on top. Please also ensure they have plenty to drink along with their packed lunch if you haven't ordered your child a school picnic bag.

After Easter, Year 6 will have 'Forest School' on a Tuesday. Group 1 will be before half-term and group 2 will be after. Please make sure they have the appropriate clothing on these days.
