Home Learning - Friday 8th January
It was lovely to see you all again today on our zoom for phonics. From the comments I've had it is proving to be a success. Could I ask that once we have all said hello at the start you put your connection on mute so that I can be clearly heard, some people are struggling to hear due to the background noise. Next week we will add a daily maths zoom at 11.00am, if that suits everyone. Let me know your thoughts.
It's great to have so many of you posting on Tapestry. We love to see what the children are doing and Leesa and I are working hard to reply to all the children. Thank you for all the effort you are putting in to supporting your children's learning at home.
Can I just remind you that if an activity needs something cut out, please let your child do it. They have worked so hard to develop their scissor skills, but need practise to maintain them. If they are struggling, help them to position the scissors correctly and remind them that their thumb goes at the top, the top, the top top top!
As always, get in touch if you have any problems.
See you tomorrow,
