Happy New Year Everyone,

It was lovely to see all the children come into school so confidently on Wednesday morning. They were all very keen to share their news of the Christmas holidays.

We have squeezed a lot of phonics into 3 days. We have started Phase 3 this week and have already learnt 3 new digraphs and a trigraph:

ai - tail in the rain

ee - sheep in a jeep

igh - a light in the night

oa - soap that goat

The children are working so hard during each phonics session - they are very enthusiastic learners, which is lovely to see.

We have also welcomed a new boy into our class this week which was more excitement for everyone. Well done Badger Class for being good friends.
