Another lovely week in Badger class.

We have been continuing to read Goldilocks and the Three Bears. We ordered the story and put the pictures up on our washing line. This helped us to write fantastic story maps!

We have been doing lots of outdoor maths this week with Mr Smith. The children collected natural objects and used the hoops to create large part part whole models. 

In PE lessons, we have started our dance unit. We will be creating a routine to perform at the 'Brock danceathon' - very exciting!

In art, we have been drawing self-portraits using the mirrors. I was very impressed! We will do this activity again in the summer term and it will be interesting for the children to see the progress they have made. 

A reminder that Little Wandle reading books are set every Friday. These are really useful for the children to apply their phonics that they have learnt so far.
