This week in English, we have met a fantastic new alien called Beegu and we are learning all about the different emotions she went through during her time away from home.  The children have been creating captions and focussing on remembering their capital letters and full stops. 

We had a fantastic scooting session this week!  The children had great fun getting all of the gear on and then whizzing around obstacles in the hall.  They were brilliant!  It was great to hear them encouraging one another and challenging themselves to try out different moves.

In RE, we have been looking at remembering and learning that there are lots of different ways to remember special people.  Next week we will be sharing something from home that helps the children remember someone special to them.  If they could bring in one thing that helps them remember to share with the class on Wednesday that would be much appreciated (please don’t send in anything fragile).
