What a great week – the highlight being our trip to Marwell Zoo!

Despite the rain and the cold, we all had a wonderful day. The highlights were definitely the coach and lunch time (we couldn’t wait so we ate at 11:20!).The children really enjoyed themselves and I am sure they have told you all about all of the animals that we saw. Koala class were beautifully behaved and were a real credit to the school. We are so proud of them and it made the day really easy and enjoyable.

In maths, we have been focusing on addition and subtraction. Next week, we will be moving on to apply this using money.

Miss Woodford and I have been so impressed with Koala class’s diary entries about going to the moon. They have worked so hard and we are looking forward to seeing them published next week.

In art, to link with our space topic in history, we have been researching and creating aliens using different tools. This week, we used paint and they look amazing!
