Hello!

We have had another busy week.

For English we have been interviewing our dinosaurs, asking questions, thinking of answers and using question marks in our writing.

In Phonics, we have learnt the new sounds g as in gem, and ph as in photo and the tricky words who, whole, where and two.

In Maths, we have used number-lines and estimated where we think numbers might be on blank number-lines.

For Science we have learnt all about food chains.

In Forest School we made ice mobiles and hunted for signs of wildlife in the school grounds.

In PE we are getting ready for the School Danceathon! Please ensure children have all of their PE kit in school.

Please check your Edshed account as new maths home learning activities have been set. Any problems please let Miss Lever know.  They should be available for a week- so set on a Tuesday and I will set new activities the following Tuesday.  All activities will consolidate class learning the previous week.
