Weekly home learning for year 2 is as follows:

• Maths  
• Spellings
• Daily Reading

Maths tasks will be set online via ‘Mathletics’ and weekly spellings will be available on ‘Spelling Shed’. There are tasks ready for completion from today and new home learning will be set every Wednesday. Those children who had their reading diary in school today have copies of their login details for Mathletics and Spelling Shed stuck in and ready to go.  If your child did not have their reading diary please ensure it is in school tomorrow and we will stick in their login details.

Spelling and maths tasks will link closely with what we have been doing in school and help reinforce the learning that is taking place that week. I have given the class a reminder of how Mathletics works and also shown them the spelling shed website, which is new this year.
