Penguins favourite moment this week was  our Brockenhurst danceathon! Our winning teams were Rhinefield and Oberfield with a total of 207 points. Even after a dance off the judges couldn't decide! All the children performed their dances beautifully though and it was so lovely to see all their dance unit hard work in action!

In English we have been learning about possessive apostrophes linking these to our current text Lila and the Secret of Rain and in maths we have been learning how to multiple using arrays. In PSHE we have designed dream gardens and in geography we have been learning about the rainforest. We also had an RE day focusing on the Hindu festival Mahashivratri and the God Lord Shiva.

It was really lovely to chat to lots of you at parents evening this week too and share your child's achievements and next steps. Thank you so much for all your ongoing support with your child's learning - it is hugely appreciated.
