Hello,

The children had great fun yesterday celebrating World Book Day. We did lots of different reading activities across the school and shared our favourite books.  Reading at home is one of the best things you can do to help your child's learning outcomes - it's great to share a book!

The children have been given their World Book Day tokens. They have also been given Readathon Sponsorship forms to help support the School Library - we hope you will support this challenge. 

In English, we are creating our own version of Little Red Riding Hood with a twist and it's time to hear the Wolf's side of the story.

For our maths we have been concentrating on the 5 times table.

Our spellings this week are words that begin with 'w' and have \or\ making the \ur\ sound - word, world, worst, work, worship.
