Thank you for your generous donations for Red Nose day today!

We have started a new book in English, a fact book called 'The Big Book of Blue' by Yuval Zommer. The children have loved reading about the weird and wonderful creatures in our oceans.

In maths we have been measuring in centimetres and metres and thinking about which measure is best for which objects.

In spellings we have been looking at adding 'ies' to words ending in 'y' - party - parties, baby babies etc.

We have continued to look at great explorers in history, this week our focus was the pilot Amy Johnson.
