The children have been working incredibly hard on their Natural Disasters dance in PE this week. They are really starting to think about how to travel in the style of a particular disaster and how to use their facial expressions to show emotion. 

In maths this week, we have been learning about factors and finding factor pairs of larger numbers. This is something that we will come back to regularly throughout the year. We have carried out some challenging problem solving tasks based on this, and we had to use Miss Blick's message from worship about always persevering when working on something difficult!

The children have also written some fantastic stories in English, focusing carefully on developing character through speech and using different sentence openers.   

Another reminder to return Hooke Court forms and that the Pet Show is this Sunday from 2pm-4pm.
