World Book Day

The children looked absolutely brilliant! Thank you so much for all of the effort that went into their costumes. 

English

The children have continued to do some fantastic writing based on our book study of 'Flood'. They have written poetry and diary entries this week, concentrating on descriptive writing and writing in role as a character. 

Maths

We have continued our fractions work this week. The children have been multiplying mixed number fractions as well as finding fractions of a quantity and have worked really hard. Next week we will be doing some work on time, which is why this is the homework that has been set. 

Homework

Spellings and mathletics have been set. Please encourage your children to complete these. Please also encourage them to go on TT Rock Stars to practise these.
