• We will be working on Week 1: Lesson 2: Tenths as decimals (Not the summer term resources – yet!)
• There is a video, worksheet and answers to go with each lesson. The video will teach the children the skills they require to answer the questions. They should answer the questions in their home learning books. I am aware that some people had problems with the video yesterday. I am told that this is because of the volume of people watching it as well as it being the first day that White  Rose are linking up with BBC Bitesize so hopefully this will have been sorted by today.
• I will also attach the questions and answers to the blog as well.

• For today’s lesson, you will be writing sentences using conjunctions.
• There two documents. One with instructions for today’s activity including the timings of the video that you need to watch and one that you can either print and write your sentences onto or copy into your Home Learning book.

• LO I understand how the Egyptian pyramids were built and can design my own pyramid.
• Today you are going to be learning about  the importance of the Egyptian pyramids and also how they were built.
• You will need to watch these videos on BBC Bitesize following this link:

• There are 5 parts that you need to watch.
• You are then going to be thinking about how you could build your own miniature pyramid yourself.
• You will need to think about the resources that you have available at home. You could use lego, cardboard, lolly sticks, or anything that you are allowed to use at home.
• Then, today I would just like you design your own pyramid, using the videos to help you and labelling your design with the resources that you will be using.
