Year 4 Weekly Blog Post
11/9/20
Hello everyone,
Welcome to the Year 4 blog page.
Well, we have made it to the end of week one! Although I know the children are all feeling rather tired, they have settled in brilliantly and are already getting used to our new routines. We have been easing ourselves in to the new term and it has been so lovely getting to know them.
We have spent some time this week during our PDL (Personal Development Learning) lessons, exploring a book called We Are Together by Britta Teckentrup which is written in the form of a poem. We have been thinking about how we are all special and unique and what our unique qualities and strengths are. We have also discussed how we can be independent learners and how we can be independent when solving any problems throughout the day, which is something we will continue to work on throughout the year.
I attach a handout with some general reminders and routines for you all to be aware of. If you have any questions or queries, please do send me an email and I will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.
We hope you all enjoy your weekend.
