Welcome back year 4! I hope you all had a lovely half term. Thank you to those who have ordered their Christmas cards and returned the original designs. We look forward to see these being transformed into cards/wrapping paper/cups!

We have had a great week settling back into year 4. We have started our new book in English and ended the week with some drama performances based on our favourite part of the book so far. In Guided reading we have been reading, responding to and comparing firework poems.

In maths we have been bust measuring the perimeter of shapes. The children have been working on sharing their reasoning and proving how they have solved particular problems.
