Dear parents and carers,

We have enjoyed welcoming the children back after half-term.  We have started our new reading and writing units looking at biographies and traditional tales.  In maths, we have tackled Roman numerals to 1000 and interpreted and constructed our own line graphs. 

The children worked hard to create observational drawings in pencil for art. In D&T we have started our new unit investigating 3D structures.  For science, we are continuing to learn about properties and changes of materials with an investigation into materials that dissolve.

Now that the weather is getting colder, please ensure your child brings a coat to school.
