Dear parents and carers,

We were really proud of the children's enthusiasm to World Book Day and enjoyed seeing all their outfits. They supported year 1 beautifully on the scavenger hunt and fun was had by all.

This week in maths we have focused on translation and reflection, and in whole class reading we have started our new book, The Dragon of Krakow. The children have planned their endurance adventure story and will be writing them next week.

In geography, we have been looking at the Cambrian mountain range and learning how to do Ordnance Survey six figure grid references.
