Week beginning 23.05.22
Dear parents and carers,
On Wednesday the children had a fantastic time celebrating the Queen's Jubilee. Their crowns are being used within one of the village activities.
We have completed our writing unit and the children have written excellent persuasive letters. We have been so impressed with the standard of writing - well done Year 5!
In maths, we continued our work with decimals and concluded the week with some problem-solving.
For the KS2 production, "Let The Games Begin" year 5 have been allocated their song to perform, Video Game Generations. Attached are the lyrics and a YouTube link (a hard copy was given to each child) which we would like them to learn.
Have a platinum half-term. Enjoy.
