Dear parents and carers,

This week in worship and PDL we have looked at what it means to be a good friend to others. 

We have started our new text driver - Hansel and Gretel by Neil Gaiman, and are working hard in maths with fractions.

Today we have thoroughly enjoyed getting sticky making the first part of our paper mache instruments...watch this space!

In spelling we are focussing on tricky words with silent letters. Today the children have logged onto EdShed/Maths Shed and checked that they all understand the assignments set.

We have started our history unit on the ancient Maya, and have discovered that there are still around 8 million Maya living in Central America today.
