Dear parents and carers,

Great fun was had at the Brock Danceathon with joint winners Rhinefield and Whitemoor!

We have finished our  endurance narrative based around the book, Shackelton's Journey. The children have used excellent vocabulary to describe the moment that Shackelton and his crew entered the Weddell Sea.

In reading we completed our unit based around different survival stories. Today we were comparing two of the adventures and looking at similairites and differenence.

We have completed our science unit on Space and Gravity. Today we learnt more about gravity and how we can measure the force of gravitational pull using newtons.

In maths, we will be moving onto multiplication and division. Any times table practise over halfterm will be very useful!
