Round up of the week

English

We have this week been working on a balanced argument in respect of our book “Floodlands”. We then entered into a healthy debate on Friday, which was a lot of fun and I was very proud of all the children and their skills of being respectful while conveying their opinions, with evidence to support themselves.

Maths

We have finished the fraction unit with multiplying and dividing fractions and today all the children were able to demonstrate their full understanding of fractions.
