Hello everyone,

In English and Guided Reading this week, we have been reading some brilliant stories from a book called 'Winter Magic' which is a collection of short stories written by different children's authors. We have enjoyed reading them and carrying out some writing around these.  One of the books is called 'A Night at the Frost Fair' by Emma Carroll, and the main character, Maya, travels back in time to a frost fair. It has been fascinating learning about this and next week we will write our own time-travelling stories.

In maths, we have been working on rounding, multiplying and dividing decimal numbers. We will be transferring this knowledge into converting measures next week. 

We have started to prepare ourselves for Christmas this week across the school. Please see attached the picture of our Christmas door which the children worked hard to create.
