Hello everyone,

Year 6 are continuing to work hard. They have been applying all of their maths skills into a range of contexts in our morning maths, as well as learning more about finding the area and volume of new shapes. 

In English and Guided Reading, we have now finished exploring two books linked to wolves, and will be moving on to a new learning journey next week.

In DT, the children continued with their research on biscuits, but started to research which ingredients can be bought that are also fair trade. We will continue with this project next week.

We have now got a new library slot so will be changing out library books and reading scheme books on a Monday morning. The children should be bringing these books home to read, or a Year 6 book from our book shelf. Please continue to encourage your children to bring these home and read them.
