Hello everyone,

It has been so lovely to get outside as much as possible this week and enjoy the sunshine! The children have shown great teamwork during our PE lessons and have enjoyed taking part in our 'Daily Mile' through more creative ways, incorporating games and using the climbing areas as part of our routes. We've been talking lots recently in Science about how important exercise is for our bodies, and all of the activities that we do in school help towards this.

Next Thursday, we will be completing our fair trade DT project by making biscuits. The children have chosen their ingredients and we will be making sure that all possible ingredients will be fair trade. We ask that the children come prepared with a tub or tin to bring their biscuits home in. Some children have asked if they can bring their own cutter shapes in. We are happy for them to do this, as long as they have asked permission and label the cutters or bring them in a labelled bag.
