This week in Penguin class we have started exploring twisted fairy tales. In English we have been focusing on the True Story of the 3 Little Pigs looking at how we could describe the wolf and thinking about whether we believe his version of events and in guided reading we have been looking at Prince Cinders. In maths we have been practising our 2 x times table as well as learning how to double and halve numbers.

In science we carried out our experiment to see which liquid would make the slippiest slide (we discovered that the bubbles from diet coke slow us down!) and in RE we have been exploring the importance of peace and forgiveness. Group 2 have also started Forest school and Group 1 have begun their African art unit.
