The Hall is used daily for whole school community activities such as assembly, lunch and indoor class PE.
The Courtyard is an additional outside learning space which has the benefit of a shade in the summer provided by a sail canopy.
The library holds of range of books for all ages; children can borrow multiple books each week. The library can also be used as a group space promoting the enjoyment of books, stories and developing imagination.
The Learning Zone is an additional classroom space used for small group work throughout the day and quiet lunch.
We offer a range of peripatetic music lessons though Hampshire Music Service for Years 3-6 including: piano, guitar, trumpet, cornet, baritone horn, saxophone, flute, clarinet and singing. In addition to this we have weekly class music lessons with HMS teachers across both KS1 & KS2.
Our school office is open from 8am-4pm to welcome you to our school and answer any queries that you may have.

The Clubhouse is a calm and unique space used for ELSA and Nurture.
Badger's Rest is an exciting new purpose built construction used to provide wrap around care on site for ages 2-11. Breakfast Club runs from 7.45am -8.45am and After School Club runs from 3-6pm. Brockenhurst Pre School uses this fantastic indoor and outdoor space to provide learning through play following the Early Years Curriculum.
The Sensory Garden was landscaped and planted in early 2020 with the support of our wonderful PTA and parents. This evolving space has a variety of plants to stimulate all of the senses and is available for all the children to explore at playtime.
Our school field is a large, private space used all year round for PE, sports day, outdoor learning, the summer fete and sports clubs. It is accessed directly from our playground. All year groups have access to the Adventure Playground at play and lunch times on a rota basis.
The Climbing Wall is a popular new addition to the playground this year. With all year groups having access at play times on a rota basis.
Forest School is our exciting new project. We have a dedicated area in our woods which will house 2 pigs and a variety of opportunities that support play, learning and supported risk-taking; developing confidence and self-esteem.
